Welcome to Beautiful Bulgaria

Bulgaria is full of surprises; the beautiful nature and breathtaking scenery is very evident all around, but so too is the reality of people living on a breadline.

Even so, the Bulgarian people are very warm and welcoming, and
given time you could learn to love this land as I do.

I moved to the Yambol region of Bulgaria in December 2006 with my wonderful wife Nikki and our Staffordshire Bull Terrier Kassie.

I was not a keen photographer nor did I have much interest in birds or wildlife, but now that I have the time to explore and enjoy what this wonderful place offers, I try to make the most of it by taking lots of pictures, and adding them to the site regularly.
